The project explores the interface between the community and its high school and proposes a hybrid institution which functions simultaneously as school and civic cultural center, blurring the boundary between the community and its institutions.
By maximizing the different relationship between individual students and group arrangement, this design will provide a compelling and dynamic social space for learning and growing within a culturally diverse community. This design fosters and encourages distinct levels of exchange: between the student and a group of friends: between the classes and the academy: between the academy and the school: and between the school and the community.
