The project comprised mainly of office space for mid –size corporation, but also includes a restaurant, cafeteria, a retail space and a Penthouse. The building consists of tenth floors above ground with two level of parking.
The form of the building responds to the immediate context, site boundaries, zoning, and program requirements. The design reflects a spirited yet restrained formal vocabulary while meeting the demanding technical requirements for ever growing needs. The floor area efficiency and flexibility are maximized in the design.
The building interacts with its urban environment through a series of subtle volumetric modifications, i.e. Terraces & Sky Court, as a social interactive space which contributes to a relaxing stress-free ambience & greater productivity.
